Return Conditions We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, the following conditions apply:

• Timeframe: You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Condition: The mattress must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from any stains, tears, or odors.

• Proof of Purchase: An original invoice or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-sized mattresses.

• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method (e.g., Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer). Delivery charges are non-refundable.
