What is Covered The Mattress World offers a standard manufacturer’s warranty on our mattresses. This covers:

• Significant sagging or body indentations (greater than 1.5 inches) that are not associated with a faulty bed base.

• Manufacturing flaws in the foam, latex, or springs.

• Defects in the mattress cover (e.g., unraveling stitching).

What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear over time.

• Comfort preference changes (e.g., the mattress feels too soft or too hard after a few months).

• Damage caused by liquid spills, burns, cuts, or improper handling.

• Damage from using an improper or broken bed frame/base.

Claim Process To claim a warranty, please email clear photos of the defect, the bed frame, and your purchase invoice to our customer service team. We will assess the claim and provide a repair or replacement as applicable.
