What is Covered The Mattress World offers a standard manufacturer’s warranty on our mattresses. This covers:

Significant sagging or body indentations (greater than 1.5 inches) that are not associated with a faulty bed base.

Manufacturing flaws in the foam, latex, or springs.

Defects in the mattress cover (e.g., unraveling stitching).
What is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear over time.

Comfort preference changes (e.g., the mattress feels too soft or too hard after a few months).

Damage caused by liquid spills, burns, cuts, or improper handling.

Damage from using an improper or broken bed frame/base.
Claim Process To claim a warranty, please email clear photos of the defect, the bed frame, and your purchase invoice to our customer service team. We will assess the claim and provide a repair or replacement as applicable.
